Osmosis was the first decentralized exchange in the Cosmos ecosystem. Osmosis is a premium generalized DEX in the ecosystem connecting the various blockchains in the ecosystem and now Ethereum. Regardless Osmosis remains one of the top DEXs in the Cosmos ecosystem today and has the potential to layer in high value-added services with smart contracts like token issuance directly on-chain.
